Warrington Playing Cards

Warrington Playing Cards

To celebrate the legacy of the Warrington College of Business, I designed a custom deck of playing cards that honors the college’s most influential figures. This set blends classic card design with a refined aesthetic, making it both a functional keepsake and a tribute to the visionaries who shaped the institution.

Each card maintains a refined, classic aesthetic, while the four aces feature portraits of Al Warrington, Bill Heavener, Fred Fisher, and Bill Hough—visionaries whose impact on the college continues to resonate. A unique detail woven into the design is the subtle bell-shaped motif, a direct nod to the Century Tower bells, symbolizing both tradition and the passage of knowledge.

Beyond being a deck of cards, this project embodies Warrington’s rich heritage, creating a tangible link between past and present. The careful integration of symbolism—especially the reference to Century Tower—ensures that each card holds meaning beyond the game, serving as a keepsake that celebrates the college’s enduring legacy.
