Deliverable
Responsive Figma prototype
01. The page experience
The existing page serves several audiences at once: prospective students looking for someone to contact, current ambassadors learning about the program, and students interested in applying. These competing goals create a long, fragmented experience before visitors reach the ambassador directory.
Program information, recruitment content, leadership roles, and student profiles are presented in a single continuous page with limited visual hierarchy. As the roster grows, the page becomes harder to scan, and visitors must scroll extensively to understand where to begin or which ambassador may be relevant to them.
02. The profile experience
The ambassador profiles lack a consistent structure. Some accordions contain only a name, program, and contact link, while others include longer biographies, detailed responses, locations, interests, or additional background information.
Contact options also vary between profiles, with email addresses, LinkedIn links, and other details appearing in different locations and formats. This inconsistency makes profiles difficult to compare and places the burden on visitors to open multiple accordions before finding someone who aligns with their program, background, or questions.
03. From directory to recruitment tool
The redesign reframes the ambassador page as more than a roster. It becomes a guided recruitment experience—one that helps prospective students see themselves within the Warrington community, find someone with a relevant background, and take a meaningful next step.
Visitors can narrow the directory by program, experience, and the topics they want to discuss, then compare ambassadors through a consistent profile structure. Each profile surfaces a concise introduction, relevant experience, “Ask me about” topics, and a clear way to connect.
By separating ambassador discovery from program recruitment, the experience gives each audience a more direct path. Prospective students can move from exploration to conversation, while students interested in becoming ambassadors can access application information without interrupting the primary journey.
The resulting responsive prototype positions authentic student stories as a marketing asset and creates clearer opportunities for engagement, inquiry, and lead generation—turning the page from a passive directory into an active part of the admissions funnel.
